MULTITAG
The MULTITAG project started in 01/2008.

Enrico Rukzio I am an academic fellow and lecturer in the Computing Department at Lancaster University. This is my personal home page describing my research interests, listing my publications, showing the projects in which I participate(d) and providing information about my teaching.

My research focuses on mobile HCI, pervasive computing, human-computer interaction and mobile computing. In the last years I worked primarily on mobile interactions in which the user interacts with the real world through a mobile device which interacts with smart objects.

I joined the Lancaster University in 2006. Prior to coming to Lancaster, I worked between February 2004 and September 2006 as a research associate and PhD student in the Embedded Interaction (former personal homepage) and the Media Informatics Group (former personal homepage) at the University of Munich. I received my doctorate (Dr. rer. nat.) at the University of Munich in 2007. Between September 2002 and January 2004 I worked as a research associate in the Heinz-Nixdorf Endowed Chair for Multimedia Technology (former personal homepage) at the Technical University of Dresden. Before that, I completed my MSc (German: Diplom) in Computer Science at the Technical University of Dresden.
