In this section I have posted (and will continue to post) details on how to configure the Cisco 3200 series Mobile Access Router. I have worked extensively with these devices as part of my contribution to the 6NET project demonstrators that Lancaster University Computing Department is to produce and have found there to be a distinct lack of resources and help available on the internet, so I have decided to post my own personal understanding here.

I have seperated the configuration guides into logical sections which are accessible via the links on the lefthand side of the screen. Starting with a description of how to physically assemble the MAR and implement the most basic configurations (that enable the MAR to perform basic routing functions), I then move on to explain how these basic configurations can be augmented to enable more complex functionality within the MAR. I also provide examples of the testbed stuctures and network addressing that was used for each guide.
