1997 - 2000 Lancaster University 2:1 Hons in: BSc Computer Science with Software Engineering Topics covered included: Databases and Knowledge Based Systems; Telecommunications; Internet Protocols; Software Engineering; Requirements Engineering; Programming in Java; Formal Specification; Communications and Distributed Systems; Data Structures and Algorithms and an introduction to programming in C, C++ and LISP. My Third year options include Project Management, Databases and Safety Critical Systems.

My final year project was to design and implement an Incident Management System which will allow users to establish relationships between causes and effects.

1999 - Present: Telesales My duties involve problem solving and dealing with sensitive information, as a result this requires the use of tact and good communication skills when dealing with customers.Making shrewd judgements is essential to maintain a high level of success. 1998 - Present: Boarding Kennels Assistant This position is a satisfying personal challenge, which demands exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills. Within the first month I was required to manage the kennels single-handedly. 1994 - 1998: April 1998 Casual work for KeyConveyancing This position involved I.T. support and dealing with the general public. March 1998 Casual Work for Buckley Insurance Ltd This was also a position that involved I.T. support and improving the efficiency of the office infrastructure. Oct 1996 - Oct 1997 Tupperware Manager Some of my responsibilities included interviewing potential employees, training and selling. Activities, Interests and Skills

University: Windsurfing I am a member of the windsurfing society in which I held the position of Equipment officer. I later became Safety Officer which involved the managing of all safety aspects of the club. Motoring club

1999 - : 2000 Boarder Collie Welfare This is a position of great responsibility. It involves working with the public in a potentially hostile environment, assessing difficult situations and making informed decisions.
