United Kingdom
UK students funded through EPSRC Doctoral Training Grants should be able to make a strong case for additional funds, since the doctoral colloquium is specifically designed as a research training event. The Doctoral Training Account Manager for your department or university should be able to provide advice on how to access funding for travel to a training event.
United States
Students travelling from the United States may apply for support through the normal SenSys 2007 Student Awards procedure. DC participation is being included in the award evaluation criteria. If you have been accepted for participation in the DC, be sure to mention this explicitly in your Student Award application.
