I’ve been pretty busy of late and unable to update the old blog, which is somewhat a pain given the recent relevations at E3 such as the Wii Vitality. I’ve been dying to write something more substantial than I’ve been able given its right up my street (research area that is). For now I’ve been making use of twitter which allows me to fire off random commentary without having to worry about providing too much context (or coherent sentences either).
In using twitter I prefer to chain my tweets together (140 chars, my brain chatter doesn’t fit into a mere 140, 141 maybe) however I’ve been informed this is against the spirit of twitter given I’m essentially making a post. However given that a) I didn’t write a single tweet then disappear, b) I’m not a roving advert as people who keep following me tend to be (oh yes you want to follow me some random sports team) or c) follow 10,000 ppl and so clearly treat twitter as a freaking RPG stat (and also your most likely b)); yes given all that I don’t think twitter will mind me chaining my tweets.
A few notices, me and a few friends from Liverpool John Moores university have set up a new website dedicated to physiological computing. Its been running a month now so the website is still a work in progress but we’ve got more posts than site put together (which is better than having the opposite, all flash and no posts) so go check it and see what you think.
Anyways that’s it for now, back to the grindstone, catch you later.
