PREVIOUS COMPUTING

The Computing degree schemes do not assume any prior knowledge of Computer Science, but students with Computing experience will still find plenty to challenge and interest them. If you have studied Computing at school you will find that the content and treatment of the subject at University is very different from that at A-level or GCSE.

SCHOLARSHIPS AND BURSARIES

A number of scholarships and bursaries are available to help with financing your degree course. For example, if you meet the requirements of an Academic Scholarship (expressed in terms of A-level grades, or equivalent), you will be paid £1000 per year for the duration of your course into your chosen bank account. For details see the University Undergraduate Prospectus.
