MSc in Networking and Internet Systems

Modules

The taught modules are either delivered in semi-block mode or in block mode, and all provide 30 hours classroom contact time.

Semi-block mode modules consist of 2 half-day a week classroom contact, for 5 weeks; with some coursework that must be completed during the 5 week teaching period and some coursework that may be completed in your own time.

Block mode modules consist of one week intensive classroom contact, followed by coursework that may be completed in your own time.

Classroom contact consists of lectures, seminars or workshop activities where students work on supervised exercises. Students also undertake a series of problem-solving exercises that involve significant research or development work (coursework) and these form the bases of the feedback and assessment to the students.
