EuroSSC 2007 Registration Fees
The main conference registration fee includes daily refreshments, buffet lunches, an evening buffet on the first day, the social event and the Conference banquet.

Terms of Payment
By credit card only (Visa, Mastercard, or Debit Cards via Switch, Solo or Delta are accepted): please clearly specify your credit card details in the appropriate section of the registration form. Upon receipt of the completed registration form and remittance of the appropriate fees, delegates will be sent a confirmation letter, which should be presented at the registration desk on the day of the conference.
Cancellation of Registration
Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing or faxed to Gerd Kortuem (fax: +44 1524 510492). If cancellation is received by 10 October 2007, payments will be refunded minus a handling fee of £ 50. Refunds for cancellations received after 10 October 2007 will be made in exceptional circumstances only. Please note that due to organizational reasons, all refunds will be processed only after the conference.

We strongly recommend that you stay in the venue of EuroSSC 2007. Hotel bookings have to be done directly with the hotel.

Your card will not be charged, the information is needed to secure your room only!
All payments have to be settled directly with the hotel.
The number of nights booked is binding and will serve as the basis for your hotel invoice.
In case of early departure the hotel is entitled to charge all nights booked.
Modifications to your reservation are possible free of charge up to 5 October 2007.
All cancellations or reductions in the number of nights booked after this date are subject to
a cancellation fee as stated above. Please note that a minimum stay of 2 nights is required.
