I have a digital camera. On 3 July 1999, I took it out into my neighborhood and took a series of 111 self-portaits with it, held at arm's length (no significance to the number--that's just when I happened to stop). This probably wouldn't be possible if the Kodak DC210 didn't have a wide angle (28 mm equiv) default zoom.
The movie is a series of 111 still frames of me goofing around and looking like a right fool in my neighborhood of St.-Gilles, Brussels, Belgium. The actual individual frames are actually twice the resolution, but I had to keep the movie size in the reasonable universe. Unfortunately, a lot of frames are washed out because I was experimenting with the exposure-lock setting. It seemed like a good idea at the time.
The movie requires QuickTime 3.0 or higher. You can download
QT4.0 at Apple's Quicktime site.
