How to build your own collaboration enabled robot
Truck.
The truck chassis was used was a Tamiya Juggernaut 2. Primarily, this was
unaltered for the purposes of this robot, but we did also purchase a separate
speed controller as the speed controller supplied with the truck will burn out
if regularly driven at low speed (which given the high speed of the vehicle
turned out to be necessary!) The Tamiya truck will come with its own assembly
instructions, and will probably take about the same time to build as the
electronics, at least once the instructions for the electronics are complete.
At the moment I realise that these instructions are rather sketchy.
Details on the speed controller will be added later, although we didn't buy it
online, so we can't recommend anyone generally.
