It supports data collection, maturity assessment computation and report generation. It is a stand-alone tool, developed using Java and a Microsoft Access database, incorporating a model of the assessment process and providing user support at each stage of that process. It is calibrated with the 66 REAIMS guidelines and computation methods, interactively accepts scores and recommendations from a user, performs the maturity calculations and allows for the selective production of any report.

Extract the files in this to a drive on your machine.
NB
When you extract this file to a drive on your machine,
please use the 'Use Folder Names' option.
A directory called 'ReaimsTool' will be created by the extract and the
files will be placed in it. If you already have a folder called
'ReaimsTool', on the selected drive, you will need to take steps to ensure
it is not corrupted.
In 'ReaimsTool', you will see a file called Installation.doc.
This gives instructions about setting up the database
and running the application.
There is no full user guide but the document 'userguide.doc' gives
some idea of tool usage.
Each window in the application has a Help menu option. Selecting
this brings up a Window Usage window which gives instructions on
how to use that particular window.
